Through our study of the subject of procedural problems facing security and judicial agencies in obtaining forensic evidence in cyber crimes,we aim to know the problems related to the privacy of electronic evidence by addressing the problem of non-appearance of electronic evidence,since digital evidence is invisible evidence and crimes that leave electronic traces,in addition to the ease erasing the electronic evidence and the diffculty of accessing and obtaining it,in addition to knowing the problems related to the privacy of the invstigation,by addressing the problems in unraveling the ambiguity of cyber crimes and the problems related to searching for electronic evidence and problems related to seizure operations,then problems related to international cooperation.
