Awareness Level of the Cybercrime Law According to University Students

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of awareness of the anti-cybercrime Law system among graduate students at the University of Tabuk, and to reveal the significant differences in the level of awareness according to the variable: (gender, academic level, college, and training courses in the field of cybercrime and cybersecurity). The descriptive inductive approach, and a questionnaire was designed consisting of (34) items distributed on two dimensions. It was applied to a stratified random sample of (139) individuals from graduate students at the University of Tabuk.
The College of Computing and Information Technology), and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: The level of awareness of the crimes contained in the information-crime-fighting system among the study sample was (average), which averaged (1,84). The level of awareness of the penalties contained in the cybercrime system was (high), with an average of (2.52). In light of the results, recommendations were made, the most important of which are: Spreading awareness of the anti-cybercrime system so that the information network and electronic devices are used appropriately, which helps to avoid damages that result from their misuse.
