Employing a descriptive and analytical approach, the study endeavors to gather, classify, organize, and analyze relevant facts, data, and information pertaining to this phenomenon. The findings underscore the punitive role of the law in maintaining security and stability, wherein legal provisions serve as safeguards against violations. Therefore, it is imperative for civilized societies to uphold both legal and moral principles in tandem, recognizing their collective influence on the security framework.
