Abstract

The first and the second aspects are taken care of by trainers of human development and training experts, and through the financial support accorded by the state within its general budget, respectively.

Therefore, the substantive aspect, that is about the simplification of procedures and the organization ofinstructions for the service, has become a public demand assured by all field studies, which have recommended several methods to streamline those procedures in the shade of traditional administration, Such methods have shaped a hierarchy in which the digital transformation and E-management, for public security services, were found on top of it.
