The results also show the contribution or prediction rates as follows: the degree of contribution of respect values to intellectual security was (10.2%), the contribution of educational values to intellectual security was (13.4%), and the contribution of protection values to intellectual security was (15.9%). Based on the study findings, a proposed framework based on digital citizenship values has been formulated, which may contribute to enhancing intellectual security among secondary school students.
